Summary since last release
* Rebased to current wine 6.15 (604 patches are applied to wine vanilla)

Upstreamed (Either directly from staging or fixed with a similar patch).
* advapi32/tests: Add test for perflib registry key.
* wine.inf: Add registry keys for Windows Performance Library.
* wine.inf: Add 'Counters' to the perflib key as an alias for 'Counter'.

* mfplat-streaming-support
