[PATCH v2 2/2] win32u: Use the replacement name in otmpFamilyName and GetTextFace().

Houkago Cinderella verifys that otmpFamilyName matches the desired
font name.  That prevents us from using replacement fonts.
This commit allows to make otmpFamilyName from the replacement name.
