[PATCH] kernelbase: Add rudimentary mui resource support to loader.c

Dear Marvin,

I did some further searching, looking for the explanation for the
rejection, but I did not receive any other email.  Also, I was connected to
the #winehackers channel today and did not see any feedback there either.
Can whoever reviewed my patch resend the reason for the rejection?  Thank
you.
