[PATCH resend] ntdll: Allow renaming a file/directory to a different case of itself.

Renaming a file or directory from e.g. foobar to FooBar (or any other case
change) should work, like on Windows, instead of being a no-op. Clobbering
an existing file must also respect the new case.

To simplify the code and avoid another trailing slash quirk, the case is
not sent if the conversion fails (which keeps current behavior), because
it should be very rare in practice so it's not worth the extra complication
that doesn't really bring any benefit to begin with.
Note that the server has to check for caselen == 0; it's not due to errors,
it's due to the path mapping to a device or unix root directory. In this
case, there is no such thing as "last component" because there are no
components at all, so obviously there's no case to replace with. Handling
the rare error above with the same code is just an implicit side effect
without adding any extra code, so I see it as a bonus.
