[PATCH 3/4] wininet: Set error to ERROR_CANCELLED on IDCANCEL in the user/password dialog.

This matches behaviour observed under Windows, otherwise urlmon IAuthenticate
interactive test infinitely asks for user credentials after pressing Esc.

Probably proxy user/password dialog should do the same, however this needs
a confirmation with a test case.
