Hi, Mark.

I'm not commenting on the patches, but wanted to ask anyway.

Do you know of a thirdparty software using this functionality? Or, if
there is nothing easily accessible, is that a way developers could use
now for localization, or it's something semi-internal or completely
internal to MS own applications/dev tools?
