[RFC, website] Remove stray file

Good evening to you all!


I just noticed there is an empty file "freenode.uP4Y16UYccnE.html"
in the top-level of wine-website git.

https://source.winehq.org/git/website.git/tree

Since freenode is dead and all, can this file be removed? Does anyone
know what it's purpose was supposed to be?
