[PATCH 00/12] winecoreaudio: Move more mmdevapi calls to the unixlib.

This series is longer than I'd normally send but:

i.  It's mainly just moving blocks of code around.

ii. It would be nice to get winecoreaudio converted to PE before the
    code-freeze.  After this series there are eight patches to finish the
    mmdevapi move and a further 24 patches to move the midi stuff.
