Thanks, I've sent a v3 with all the changes besides these one. Regarding 
this one, I guess there is no reason to assume a universal rule for 
which activatable classes are created with the same factory and which 
are not. Which factory creates the class should be probably tested at 
each class addition. We have just briefly discussed that in the chat and 
if I understood correctly agreed on that?
