[PATCH 00/13] Hardening of Dwarf debug info parsing

The following serie is the first step toward adding Dwarf3/4 support
into dbghelp.
It mainly includes:
- constant / definition updates
- hardening of code regarding error conditions, improper input stream...
- a couple of bug fixes
