[PATCH 0/5] Fix message sequence tests to support WinEvents.

This is the beginning of a series of patches to fix message sequence
tests so that WinEvent hooks can be re enabled and tested. Currently,
they're just ignored. I've added a 'winevent_hook_todo' flag to indicate
WinEvents that we don't have support for yet but are not optional.
