well, I though the patches weren't committed because of the failing 
tests...


but that's a rather strange situation

tests were failing on some locale

the createprocess on CUI subsystem process broke some more tests in 
kernel32 (that's the situation reflected by marvin after patch #1 which 
is a no op)

tests were broken (partly only testing win7 behavior)


the serie solves at least the last two issues

so I'm puzzled concerning the way to go regarding this serie
