[PATCH vkd3d 1/2] vkd3d/tests: Enable on vkd3d the tests for ID3D12CommandQueue::Wait().

I'm getting two failures which didn't occur with the original patch a few
months ago. Looks like todos are needed while I figure out what's happening.
