Testbot outage

Resent from my other email address because there are still email issues 
otherwise (so expect a dupe, maybe, later). 


The TestBot is back.

* The vm2 VM host is no more.
  It was the slowest machine by far anyway and I had moved most of the 
  VMs to other hosts already so it won't impact the TestBot much.

* I moved the build machine from vm2 to gpu1.
  It will get a little more contention than on vm2 but gpu1 is fast so 
  it should work out.

* I retired w2008s64.
  It was still available as an 'extra' machine in case anyone wanted to 
  compare its behavior to the more recent Windows versions. But Windows 
  Server 2008 is based on Vista so it was not a test configuration that 
  we really care about anymore for the Wine tests. So if I don't get an 
  express request for it, it won't come back.

* By pure coincidence the test.winehq.org URL for submitting WineTest 
  results was broken too. That's fixed so tonight we should get new 
  WineTest results.
