* Rebased to current wine 7.10 (545 patches are applied to wine vanilla)

Upstreamed (Either directly from staging or fixed with a similar patch).

* kernelbase: Implement sortkey expansion
* kernelbase: Implement sortkey language support
* kernelbase: Implement CompareString functions

Added:
* [#53038] - dwmapi: Supply some defaults values for 
DwmGetCompositionTimingInfo.
* [#53035] - dwmapi: DwmFlush return S_OK.
