[PATCH v3 0/1] MR23: shell32: Sanitize Program Manager icon and group names

I have rebased this patch, dropping all of the tests that were not committed upstream in merge request !252, and dropping the fixes for the tests that were dropped. The resulting patch is much smaller and more focused on the main problem.
