Alloc Bitmaps in the GDI large heap

Games which make extensive use of DirectX surfaces sometimes run
out of GDI heap space.  This patch fixes the problem by allocating
Bitmap objects in the large heap area, saving us a fair bit of 
room in the GDI heap.
