Small fix for Shellstring.c

Trying to run Word with "shell,shell32=b" and "shlwapi,shfolder=n" resulted
in import errors.

    - replace calls to StrRetToBuf{A|W} with duplicate code to eliminate
problems
      between native and built-in DLLs.
