tools/winecheck

Hi all,

I did a quick hack and wrote a perl script to check many aspects of
Wine configuration. It's tools/winecheck. It prints a final result
as a percentage score indicating the correctness of Wine configuration.
This is only a beginning. Many things are left to be done.
And of course I don't really think it's particularly clean or well-written
(I'm NOT a Perl hacker !).

If somebody wants to help, then I'll certainly not reject that...

Just try it ! :)
(it shouldn't damage anything)

See http://www.winehq.com/config.html for further configuration hints.

+In order to verify the correctness of the environment you need for Wine
+to run successfully, run ./tools/winecheck|less .
+You'll get a percentage score indicating "Wine configuration correctness".
