Some more packing issues

Hello.

This set of patches removes pshpack1.h/poppack.h from dplay.h, dplobby.h,
mmsystem.h and nb30.h. As before I have verifyied all structure sizes
in that files. As you could see nb30.h didn't have appropriate poppack.h
at all.

Someone should check mmddk.h and wnaspi32.h, since I have no corresponding
definitions on windows side. I could provide a test case for that task.
