Initial implementation of SHAddToRecentDocs

Alexandre, I realize that some of this code is a little hacky. If you want
to reject it, I understand and will clean it up in my copious spare time.
:-)

Current status: does not delete .lnk files if clearing list. IShellLink does
not create .lnk files when adding.
