wcmd: move and copy fixes

This is only the 2nd fix I have done, and a long time since the first so I
hope
all is ok. I find I am more used to the cmd prompt, so try too much in wcmd
so
hope to make small improvements where it starts annoying me!

Change Log
- Fixes move and copy when no destination supplied
      (assumes '.' now as per windows)
- Fixes move so uses full path name for destination file, and if
      destination is a directory, uses original filename.
