- moved 16 bit functions to a seperate file
- first implementation for free threaded marshaller
- fixed handling of REG_EXPAND_STRING registry values in CoCreateObject
- fixed CoLoad/FreeLibrary functions
- fixed use internal dll-list (used only for functions loading a dll 
internally without returning HMODULE)
