SHFileOperation. Implementation of FO_RENAME action

Depends on my previous patch for the unit tests to
work correctly.

Changelog:
  SHFileOperation. Implemented the FO_RENAME action,
fixed FO_DELETE, implemented unit tests for these two
actions.
