scnaf improvement

The installer to the game incubation passes a path in quets to the sscanf
function with a format specifier of %"%[...  This causes the installer to
fail.  I wonder if we shouldnt handle all non-format chars like msdn
documents to avoid haveing to add hacks like this in the code...
