Some OpenGL improvements

Hi all,

Thanks to Andi and his GeForce, we found that some OpenGL extensions had
functions in the system dependant part of OpenGL (wgl / GLX).

This patch adds a 'glxname' parameter to all extensions to support this
case and adds support for an extension used by an OpenGL benchmark.

Changelog:
 - better support for extensions functions that do not have the same name in
   windows and in Unix
 - support the NV_vertex_array_range extension
