[PATCH] winebuild to read .dynsym instead of .stab

hello!

winebuild should process the .dynsym of shared libraries instead of 
the .stab, since winebuild would otherwise become useless on prepackaged
installation, in which all shared libs are stripped, losing their regular
.stab.
