PATCH: Fix for building libwine on cygwin

This works but can you check the configure.ac and
advise on if this will work for generating the proper
configure. If it needs to be changed please let me
know what is wrong and I will fix. I have tested on
MSYS+mingw and Cygwin and we can now build libwine on
both.

Changelog: add check for linking libwine to to either
msvcrt.dll or cygwin1.dll
