Windows portabillity

It seems that I by mistake included some
code used to test the code.

In file include/wine/port.h the lines

#undef HAVE_READV
#undef HAVE_WRITEV

should be removed.

PS. Sorry I was in a little hurry.
Tried to send away the patch before
going to watch TV.
