[Bug 243] - Tabs are missing their inner border

This time with the file attached

This fixes all things that I can see are wrong with the Tab control. There
are still unimplemented items, but as far as I can see the output is pixel
identical with the native control. (The rounded corners of the tabs were the
most fun, till I looked at a +relay trace of the native.)

This completes Bug 243

   - Fixed drawing of borders to that of native (uses DrawEdge).
   - Fixed drawing of separators to match the native.
   - Fixed height of tabs and buttons to match native.
   - Add/improved traces.
   - Handle WM_SYSCOLORCHANGE message.
