dx8: Lighting patch

- Significantly improve the lighting code.

Thanks and credits go to Lucho who has gratiously given me a lot of code he
has written to do roughtly what we are trying to do, and made it available
under the wine license. I hope to be working through it and merging in the
parts which fill in/improve code I have already submitted
