WineHQ: Update documentation page

The FAQ has no business with the other guides. Simply because it's
written in SGML does not qualify it to be there. We should add things
to that page based on their semantics, not on the format they are
coded in. The FAQ is an online document that has other links to it
(in the Support menu), it just bloats and confuses the docu package.

ChangeLog
  Remove the FAQ and the Packaging Guide from the docu page.
  Make the text independent of the number of guides.
