[winecfg 2.1] Merge X11DRV dialog code from Mark, bugfixes

- Rename hSession to configKey
- Make the config struct a global, rename to "config"
- Correct bug in OK/Cancel handling
- Merge X11DRV dialog code from Mark
- Add newline to the initial FIXME
