winealsa: Quickfix for compilation with libaslsa 1.0.0rc1

MDK cooker just updated to this version, so this define is needed to support 
the (older) API wine is using. I'm not interested in sound system development 
right now, so I didn't port it to the new API as should be done I suppose.
