Patch/workaround for configure problem

I don't know whether someone is adding or removing a DLL or something[ctl3d doesn't appear to be in the repository], but i had to make the following patch in order to configure and compile the wine sources that i downloaded from CVS a half hour ago[It is more a work-around then a patch]
