[OpenGL] Fix some warnings

After some discussions on the Mesa mailing list, it appears that my
interpretation of the ABI is wrong (although I am still not convinced of
that, Mesa will always ship headers according to their interpretations).

So this patch should fix most warnings people had. For the others, we will
have to wait for NVIDIA to ship 'ABI compliant' headers (they plan to do so
in the next release according to some NVIDIA engineers).

Changelog:
 - only put 'pure' GL 1.2 calls in the 'opengl_norm.c' file
