shell namespace in Winefile

Changelog: Implementation of shell namespace in Winefile
I had to fix a few things in the Wine headers: additional constants, Unicode function declaration
shell32: completed implementation of CFSTR_FILENAME in IDataObject interface

This may be the base of an explorer clone in Wine.
For now there is no display of application icons.
Just plain file names and attributes.

The winefile code is also used in the Reactos explorer.
