As noticied by Lionel, this patch include the same fix that Paul Bain
<prbain at essex.ac.uk> have sent in "wine-patches:Really small dinput mouse
So changelog addin:

Puts IID_IDirectInputDevice2A back in
IDirectInputDevice2AImpl_QueryInterface so the mouse works again in a
few games that use it. :)
