[DMUSIC10] resend of 'dmusic file: some improvements'

Looks like Raphael's patch did apply... =)
Anyway, this is rewrite and resend of the patch I sent yesterday.

And line "if (!ppDirectSound)\ IDirectSound_Release(This->dsound);"
still causes crashes in 3DAudio.exe and AudioScripts.exe. Can someone
look at it (again)?
