Localization to portuguese (Take III)

Pardon, but I'm being involved and decided to complete the translation in 
dlls/ and create a new README.pt_br with Brazillian Portuguese, since the 
other file README.pt is more or less Portuguese of Portugal mixed with 
"gauchês" (a southern sotaque).

Now I believe that it is lacking to translate messages of kernel in 
dlls/kernel/messages. Wine would be prepared for this translation? But I do 
not know if I would make this now, I intend to correct some bugs so that a 
system that we have run in wine. 

Please apply this. The first have a compiler error that I forget to edit in 
the generated patch and the second isn't complete like this.
