sound3d: doppler effect

This patch is framework for the doppler effect. The only thing missing is
frequency, because I don't know which frequency to use and how to set it
after calcs.

I tried buffer's frequency but it didn't make any diff. Anyway, if someone
knows which freq to use and how to set it, please change appropriate places
in code.
