Hi,

I have commented this define as we have problems with nvidia openGL headers 
with it. Mixing nividia and mesa openGL headers cause ugly problems.

For your problem, the better and proper "fix" is to install up-to-dates gl.h 
and glext.h (from sgi or last mesa)

I think with my last patch (dx37) your problem is partially resolved but i'm 
working on a better way to detect and active caps now
