[DSHOW-09] Features and bug fixes for Pin interface

This patch contains a load of bug fixes for the pin functions (InputPin_* and 
OutputPin_*) and includes the implementation of the third type of pin 
(PullPin). There are also a few helper functions for the OutputPin 
class/structure which aid in delivering messages and data to another filter 
through a connected pin.
This should enable me to submit the AVI splitter filter in a couple of days 
or so.
