update the faq : faq.diff

Hello,

I went to the Rewind Sourceforge site and looked around and it seems this 
project has not been
updated in 20+ months, so I removed it from the faq.

Changelog:
remove rewind section due to lack of updates
remove old list of contributors that gave to the wpf
link to history page in question asking about wine's history
Change WineX name to Cedega
change dlls to dll's
use current wine version in answer
