NtQueryVolumeInformationFile set device info on Darwin

Hi,

These patches update build system to support frameworks (IOKit and 
CoreFoundation one's) on Darwin, needed
to set device info in NtQueryVolumeInformationFile and forthcoming 
cdrom support.
Also add support for -framework linker option to winegcc.
