[OLE #3] Tests For COM Functions

Hi,

The tests added in this patch are a start and we will probably add more 
as we go along. We may need to break some tests that "accidentally" 
succeed at the moment, in order to break our development work up into 
small chunks. I have only tried these tests on WinXP SP2. Please report 
if they fail on Win9x.
