comctl32 MRU functions

Hi,

The documentation update here takes advantage of the recent changes
to c2man.pl to create much more readable documentation for the MRU
functions (check out the generated docs).

    dlls/comctl32/tests/Makefile.in dlls/comctl32/tests/mru.c 
    Implement the remaining MRU functions, fix a couple of
differences
    from native comctl32, add tests of MRU behaviour and documentation.
