MAPI updates

Hi,

Note there is a small amount of white noise in the patch due to
stripping trailing whitespace. This shouldn't affect readability
though.

  dlls/mapi32/tests/prop.c
  Implement CreateIProp & most of MAPI's IMAPIProp & IPropData
ifaces.
  Implement FBadEntryList and make FBadProp use it.
  Test CreateIProp, start of tests for IPropData interface.
