WIDL: Fixed 'out of tree' compilation

This patch, together with the patch to wpp, fixex the problem of 'out of 
tree'
compilation. I incuded also my last patch to widl (all in one, but
it means less compilation time) and some code cleanup.

Changelog:
    - Added string duplications while setting in structures
    - Added optional, defaultvalue and vararg
    - Code cleanup
