[AppDB] Some ancient appOwners code

It was still floating arround the code. Note that this doesn't yet fix
admin/editAppFamily.php. Super mantainers are not able to edit their
app.

Chris, don't forget you can remove admin/editAppOwners.php and noteview.php.
